Shipping policy

Moneymaker specialty coffees are freshly roasted to order and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Depending on availability, certain coffee origins may take longer to roast and ship. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will receive an email notice when their order is shipped or delayed. If your order has delayed shipping, our customer service team can suggest another coffee, or refund your order.

Please note: We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and method so your coffee arrives fresh and fast! We use the following carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
